The VVH

De Verenigde Valkenswaardse Hondenliefhebbers, in short VVH, was founded on March 19 1988 with the goal of enhancing the contact between man and dog in every conceivable way. The VVH is a club without any profits, in which our kadermembers care for our club in a voluntary way. Without their passion, the club wouldn’t be the club it is now.

At this moment we teach courses that are aimed at the upbringing of the domesticated pet. In these courses, the transfer of knowledge about the dog’s behaviour is an important part. With this knowledge, the owner is enabled to deal in a correct way with the dog in daily situations.

Furthermore we teach courses like Fun Obedience and Agilty in which you can enjoy dogsports in a fun way! You can also train to be able to do exams or even compete in competitions! If you’d like to only do fun stuff with your dog on a recreational level, the course “recreanten” is just the thing for you! Since 2023 we have introduced a new sport in our club: Hoopers! Besides all these courses, we have a lot more things you can do with your dog such as workshops and lectures about several things.
